Registration Guidelines: Kindly go through before you go for PAYMENT

1. AN USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR FUTURE LOGIN PURPOSES SHALL BE REFLECTED ON THE SCREEN, KINDLY NOTE DOWN AND CHANGE THE PASSWORD, IF REQUIRED AFTERWARDS.

2. Please fill the form carefully. Details once furnished cannot be changed.

3. Please review the form before pressing the "SUBMIT" button at the end of the form.

4. You will receive a submission notification after the successful submission of the form.

5. Date and Time of Interaction will be notified by HRD through e-mail and SMS

1. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE ADMISSION.

2. Any false information furnished at the time of registration/admission can jeopardize the process of attending school even if admission is granted.

3. Once an amount is deposited under any head/account, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Admission to school does not guarantee a school transport facility.

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION IN CLASS-LKG to IX / XI

Online/Offline Registration form will be issued for classes LKG to IX/XI only.

( No Admission for class X and XII )

ELIGIBILITY:

Children applying for admission to Class-LKG should fulfil the following criteria.

1. The child should have completed 03 years of age on 1st of March.

2. Mere submission of registration form and appearance in Aptitude Test/Interaction don’t guarantee admission in the class admission is sought for.

FORM:

Forms will be available online and offline (school office). Parents/guardians are to fill up and download the application form from the website https://onlineregdpsdimapur.radicallogix.com/

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION:

---

Parents will have to take a printout of the copy of the online submitted form and submit it in the office. A sum of Rs.600/-(Rupees Six Hundred) will have to be paid at the time of submission of the forms the fee for application form and the admission test.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN CLASS XI

( ARTS,SCIENCE AND COMMERCE STREAM )

1. Must have passed Class X from a regular recognized Board.

2. Cut off marks for the admission are decided by the school on the basis of the performance of the students and seats available.

3. Combination of Subjects are subject to availability and performance in the aptitude test.

4. Mere submission of registration form and appearance in Aptitude Test don’t guarantee admission in to the class admission is sought for.

5. Please fill in the Registration Form with all required particulars correctly and submit it before the last date.

6. Please go through the subject combination carefully and fill in the attached format of selection of subjects .(For Class XI Only).

7. The subject combination:(For Class XI Only).

Stream/Subject may be changed by 30th August 2024 with a fees of Rs. 10,000/- only

8. Following documents:

1. Downloaded Registration Form
2. Copy of Class X Marksheet / PreBoard Marksheet
1. Duly filled in subject combination format (given below)must be submitted to the school office

OR

The scanned image/ file of the above documents can be mailed to dpsdmp@yahoo.co.in latest by 10 June 2024

9. Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred)as fees of the application and the Aptitude Test may kindly be deposited online.
